    Works with Executive team, Chief HR Officer and other organizational Leadership to develop the strategy for all compensation programs, job descriptions and performance management & HRIS systems. Responsible for managing these programs and systems through analysis, development, evaluation, and implementation of the plans to attract, develop, retain, and motivate a highly motivated and skilled work force that aligns with Tuality Healthcare values and mission. Goals are achieved by providing the planning, project coordination, communication and management of these programs and systems to meet current and future business needs while complying with all federal and state regulations and compliance.  
    • Min. 5-7 years Human Resources experience in areas of compensation, wage and hour laws, unemployment, union contract implementation, HRIS and electronic performance management systems.
    • Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
    • PHR/SPHR Certification and CCP preferred.
    • Has working knowledge of State and Federal Leave laws and Wage and Hour laws.
    • In depth knowledge of total compensation, including communication and design strategies.
    • Demonstrates a high level of personal computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS and email systems.
    • Ability to run detailed reports, track data trends, and analyze/assess for business recommendations.
    • Analytical thinking skills to calculate and analyze wage information.
    • Broad knowledge of all areas of Human Resources responsibilities including hiring, performance management, HRIS system maintenance, and compensation.
    • Presents self in a professional manner when dealing with customers and co-workers.
    • Excellent customer service
    • Ability to speak to groups and give presentations.
    • Uses effective communication skills.
    • Personal appearance makes a good first impression.


    1. Percentage of Time Spent:

    1-30% Standing
    30-60% Sitting
    1-30% Walking
    1-30% Lifting / Carrying

    2. Physically Demanding Tasks: The job is mainly sedentary, however, may lift a box weighing 10-25 pounds on rare occasions.
