SPEAKERS:

Melissa Healy is a partner at Stoel Rives LLP, practicing in the firm's Labor and Employment group. Her practice focuses on providing advice in employment law matters, representing management in employment litigation, and providing traditional labor support to employers.



Jenny Marks, CEBS, Director- Health & Benefits, Willis Towers Watson. As a Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, Jenny She specializes in helping employers develop long-term benefit strategies, improving quality and efficiency of health care delivery models, financial analysis and managing complex projects.



 Kate Derby, Associate Director- Absence, Disability Management and Life Insurance, Willis Towers Watson. Kate brings over 20 years of industry experience in the life, absence and disability industry and previously worked for a large Life/DI insurer as a Senior Underwriter. She has worked closely with numerous clients across various industries including telecommunications, technology, health, manufacturing, public entities, hospitality and retail to support all aspects of life, absence and disability management programs.   Kate leads clients through various complex projects including vendor procurements, financial analysis, benchmarking, plan management and time off redesign.
