Data Analytics

The presentation will cover the challenges HR faces in moving up the analytics continuum, and how to move up that continuum. The discussion will involve:

  • The mismatch between what analytics executives want, and the analytics HR does
  • How to better visualize your workforce using Internal Labor Market (ILM) maps to generate hypotheses for deeper analysis
  • How to better communicate insight
  • Statistical concepts and methods HR needs to learn and use to enable better business decision-making, e.g., multivariate regression
Our Presenter:

Tauseef Rahman

Tauseef is a Principal in Mercer's Career business, specializing in the Workforce Strategy & Analytics practice. He is responsible for developing and delivering projects which enable organizations for growth through the use of analytics which combine engagement, career, and rewards information.

Currently based in San Francisco, he has also been based in Mercer's Los Angeles, Dubai, Melbourne, and Houston offices.

Tauseef has presented at the annual conferences of WorldatWork Total Rewards, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and Predictive Analytics World on the use of analytics in rewards and career advancement.
