Kathi Myers is a Principal Consultant based in Mercer’s Seattle office. She has been in the compensation field for 20 years and has assisted countless organizations in developing effective job and pay infrastructures in support of their talent strategy goals.

Kathi is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional and holds a Masters degree in Labor & Human Resources and a BA in Psychology from Ohio State University.
