Through the Compensation Institute, WorldatWork also offers an advanced (ACCP) level of certification in compensation.

WorldatWork provides different options for completing the certification process:  Blended learning, instructor-led traditional classrooms, self-paced e-Learning, on site, self-study binder.

In addition to offering certification courses, WorldatWork helps you stay current in your profession through webinars, classes, and conferences. When registering for any WorldatWork event, be sure to identify yourself as a Total Rewards PDX member to ensure that a portion of the profits are shared with TRPDX so that we can continue to create meaningful content for our members. Use the Local Network Referral Code: TRPDXTR2020.

TRPDX offers instructor-led traditional classroom courses each year - look for upcoming courses on the TRPDX Events Calendar or WorldatWork local course listings.

If your company does not provide training dollars for your certification program, consider applying for WorldatWork and TRPDX scholarships.

Recertification

Certification status (Recertification) is maintained by earning 12 credits every three years.  You can earn credits through a wide variety of activities, including:

•    WorldatWork course, seminar, and conference attendance
•    Teaching, presenting, or speaking
•    WorldatWork or other HR professional membership
•    Work-related project leadership
•    Continuing education activities

Courses and programs offered by TRPDX often include a note regarding pre-approval of the program toward recertification.  For examples of what counts for credit and credit value, plus additional information and the recertification application, visit the WorldatWork Recertification.
